All digital products (eBooks, guides, downloads) are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded once delivered.
If you experience an issue accessing your files, contact us at therealfrankgray@gmail.com and we will make sure you receive them.

Physical Books & Merchandise

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at therealfrankgray@gmail.com with your order number and a photo.
We will replace the item or issue a refund.
